Fabbrica, a Connecticut based manufacturer of building facades, has leased 135,410 square feet of office, manufacturing and warehouse space at 1 Market Circle, Windsor CT, the I-91 Logistics Center.  The I-91 Logistics Center is a 364,044 square foot distribution center located on 52.54 acres.  The property was completely refurbished and upgraded in 2016 and partially leased to United Parcel Service.  Fabbrica, who will relocate its International Drive, Windsor operations, has leased the balance of the available space at the property.
