130 Addison Realty LLC has recently purchased the former Reddington Counter facility at 130 Addison Road, Windsor CT from Hedlom Realty Group LLC. The 38,083 square foot, single story, industrial facility is located on 5 acres. 130 Addison Realty will reportedly occupy a portion of the facility for its own use while attempting to lease the balance of the facility to a third party. Purchase price was $550,000. 

Sentry Commercial represented the seller in this transaction. Colliers International represented the buyer.
