(4/13/12) Point Lighting Corporation has recently renewed its 18,000 SF lease at 61 West Dudley Town Road, Bloomfield CT. Point Lighting has been a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified airfield lighting manufacturer since 1993. They moved to West Dudley Town Road in 2003. The landlord is Wales Realty, LLC.

(4/11/12) Subinas USA, LLC has leased 42,718 SF at 4 Market Circle, Windsor CT. Industrias Subinas, located in Spain, is a company specializing in the production of spring units for bedding and upholstery industry since 1959.

Thermal Industries relocates to Manchester CT.

(4/8/2012) Pittsburg PA based vinyl window and door manufacturer, Thermal Industries, has recently relocated its CT distribution center from Pleasant Valley Road, South Windsor to 135 Sheldon Road, Manchester CT. The company has leased 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse at the New Beverly Realty L.L.P. owned property.

NEGS relocates in Bloomfield CT.

(4/6/2012) Bloomfield CT based educational product development company, New England Graphic Services, Inc., has signed a lease with Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. to relocate to 204 West Newberry Rod, Bloomfield CT. NEGS has signed a long term lease for 8,669 square feet and plans on moving to the new location in Mid-April.

Sentry Commercial represented New England Graphic Services in the lease negotiations.

VPG leases 60k sf in Bristol CT.

(3/12/2012) Versatile Processing Group has leased the former Yarde Metals headquarters, located at 71 Horizon Drive, Bristol CT. VPG has signed a long term lease at the 60,360 square foot, 9.97 acre property. VPG is an Indianapolis, Indiana based company that will utilize the new facility for the decommissioning of transformers.

Mark Duclos and Art Ross of Hart Group International represented the landlord, Yarde Realty, in this transaction.

Cotes Naturals leases in Bristol CT.

(3/2/12) Bristol CT based Cote's Naturals has opened its new headquarters at 54 Dolphin Road, Bristol CT. The hydroponics company has signed a long term lease at the 11,500 square foot facility. The landlord is Cowan Investments LLC.

Belcan relocating to Windsor CT.

(2/24/12) Belcan Engineering Group, Inc., an Ohio Corporation, has signed a lease for office space at 175 Addison Road, Windsor CT. Belcan, which has provided engineering, staffing and other innovative outsourcing solutions to a diverse, worldwide customer base for over 50 years, will relocate one of its engineering offices from 1 Hamilton Road in Windsor Locks in April.

(1/12/12) Mitchell Drive, LLC has purchased 33 Mitchell Drive, Manchester CT for $710,000. The 33,989 SF industrial building on 4.49 acres was owned by Great Way, Inc. The property will be the future home of Marcus Communications, a wireless product and service company currently located on New State Road in Manchester.

Cort leases in Wallingford CT.

(1/10/2012) Chantilly, VA based furniture rental company, Cort Business Services Corp., recently leased 12,750 square feet of warehouse space at 4 Northrop Industrial Park Road, Wallingford CT. Cort will utilize the facility for its regional warehouse and distribution. The landlord is 1070 North Farm Road, LLC.
